DONAHUE, Justice. The plaintiff was injured on the afternoon of January 29, 1934, when an automobile in which she was riding on a public highway was hit by an automobile truck, owned by and registered in the name of the Belmont Hill School, and negligently operated at the time by one Plant who was in the employ of the school. The plaintiff recovered a judgment against Plant in an action for damages for personal injuries resulting from the collision.
