This is an appeal under the Post-Conviction Procedure Act. See I.C. §Â§ 19-4901 to -4909. In his application for post-conviction relief, Dicky Gee alleged that he was denied effective assistance of counsel which resulted in an involuntary plea of guilty to the crime of rape. I.C. § 18-6101. Gee also contended that he was unreasonably being denied parole by the Department of Correction, and that his due process rights were violated by the district court clerk and by his attorney, whom he blamed for a delay in the Disposition of an earlier pleading he had filed for post-conviction relief. After an evidentiary hearing in this case, the district court denied relief to Gee. For the reasons explained below, we affirm.
